How long after injecting opioidz will it take to show on urine test?!

I did a search for this, but found other topics about drug screens..
I hope I didn't post in entirely the wrong section as well...

If I have been clean for plenty of time to test negative, and did so, and I didid a shot of oxymorphone(10mg), and then took a drug screen like 1 to 2 minutes later - would I test positive???

My common sense tells me no, especially if I already had to use the restroom and was holding it.
