How Long After Ativan is it safe to consume oxycodone?

So I have been searching across the internet and have yet to find out the timetable for the title of this post. For example, I consumed 5mg of Ativan last night(low to mid tolerance) and today I wish to consume 20mg of percocet. Is it safe to consume the perkys 14 hours after my last ativan dose?

I always try to play it safe and wait 24hrs before switching from benzo to opiate. Some will say thats overkill but as ive gotten older i try to play things well on what i consider the safe side
