Is it metabolized through the liver? Do the vaccines interact with some other drugs by raising or decreasing enzyme levels?

MODS: Not sure where this belong. Move it if need be.

No to it being metabolized through the liver - when you get a shot, it's to bypass the liver, otherwise you would've just taken that medication orally

any shot or anything IV is to bypass the liver

I believe your immune system "metabolizes" it. More just building antibodies which destroys it, if that counts as metabolism.

the spike protein supposedly ends up in a lot of organs

it sounds like they don't really know but maybe they do?

you know how they are....

im looking for an answer but you know me - i end up down rabbit holes

The mRNA based vaccines are kind of prodrugs, they make your body produce (harmless fractions of ) virus proteins for a limited amount of time, which then cause your immune system to create antibodies against. Recently learned this. But no, this process probably doesn't interfere with drugs but most drugs have strong secondary effects on the whole body, they can ease the feeling-sick state as well as make you more susceptible to sicknesses.
