How important is it to use a saline solution nose spray?

I've never used a saline solution nose spray after doing cocaine. I know a lot of people use it and say it works. A very good friend of mine who I just got a couple grams of some really decent stuff says that she always sprays her nose a few seconds after snorting

I'm an occasional, just for the fun of it user. Never do a lot at any one time. How important is it to use a saline nose spray to flush out your nose? And when is the appropriate time to do it? I've always figured that the cocaine absorbs in your mucus so I'm always hesitant to blow my nose immediately after snorting. Why blow all of that stuff out that just got absorbed?

So how long after snorting should you spray your nose? And should you do it after each line or when you're done for the night?.
