How does one turn crystalline ket into an IV solution?

Hey, I saw this as an another thread but only detailed for IM, IV was briefly mentioned but there was no in-depth anything for IV. It was said that you can just boil your crystalline ketamine with saline or distilled water for again, IM. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks,
