Perpetual Indulgence Bluelighter Joined Jun 13, 2004 Messages 20,531 May 14, 2015 #31 yesterday after work I ran 5 miles with my trail running group this morning I ran 3.2 miles at 530a before work with a dude from my group the morning weather was perfect and it was great to get out of the woods with the sunrise I am aging to make Wednesday mornings a twice a month habit add 150 squats, 10 push ups, 80 crunches (with variations), and 60 sec plank to each day
