I think it depends on the person, what you've eaten/drank etc. I'm not gonna reply in a way that leaves any tips or tricks or anything but I could get everything up fairly easily in maybe 5 minutes usually. I think I was a rare "exception" as if you listen to medical professionals they'll tell you that you can NEVER get more than 60% maximum of the calories out, but I could eat 24000 calories a day and LOSE 2-3lbs a week.
 
Idk, I've been with my fair share, and I'd say about maybe half of them were pro enough to handle the whole thing. Most chicks aren't that, well, enthusiastic about it. Certain girls like it, guess it's akin to being choked.

I've never experienced this...not because I'm especially big (6-8 depending on pharmaceuticals)...it's more the rigidity.
Perhaps sword swallowers need a thin blade to get through the bends.

I’ve taught myself over the past year. It took a lot of practice. It certainly can be done. It feels although I don’t have a gag reflex anymore.
