Many people said the first one you do herion you get so messed up and can?t function. Well the first time I did it, it was a good amount, it didn?t have much effect on me. The first time I did coke the same thing. I didn?t have much of a high. Is it possible to have a natural high tolerance to opiates?
 
Yeah its possible. But it's also possible that it's due to low quality product, don't just assume your tolerance is high and be careful when testing each different batch first with a small dose so you can get a proper feel for its potency.

But yes, it's definitely possible...
 
Yes however the drugs you mentioned are both "street drugs" with highly variable purity. A bag of heroin could be as potent as 10mg of oxycodone or 100+.

You should be using proven tested (pharmaceutical) doses in order to gauge your tolerance.
