Long story short i got both. I was wondering if bud would help to lower either. I use to smoke non stop and was fine but i quit 6 months ago besides last month i got high 3 times. Soon as i stoppes my health went down hill. I dont wanna take even more meds. Would smoking small amounts help lower either?
