Heroin Using Population-Toronto

Hi everyone, Im trying to put together a small survey of where certain drugs are more concentrated in Toronto. If anyone can help me out..what part of toronto has the highest population of heroin users? From the information ive gathered on the web it seems to be the highest on the west side of downtown(parkdale). If anyone has more info theyd like to share id really appreciate it:D

i doubt anyone thinks you're a cop because of what you asked, but your question is just pretty specific and I doubt a lot of people know the info you're looking for. I personally have never been to Toronto and know nothing about the city. Even if I had been there before I doubt I would know about which part of the city has the highest number of heroin users per capita. Have you tried even just doing a simple google search?
