So I've been hearing that when you buy heroin In these countries it's actually heroin and not fentynal. How true is this

I have no real life experience buying or using heroin, but I do live in the UK. It would seem fentanyl has reach our shores too, albeit fairly recently compared to the US. I think its sold as fent. though, with users seeking it out and willing to pay a higher price than heroin.
