Heroin to come off 1.4mg subutex

I have been on subutex for nearly 2 years. I started on 4mg
and now on 1.4mg. I have had no subutex for 6 days and have been using her ion daily instead. I hoping for some advice on my options in regards to being done with subutex... I haven't planned my detox very well, other than to start using H and stop Subutex. What sort of timeframe am I looking at?
I am nearly 40 and started using H when I was 15ish... I have my emotional supports in place and feeling like I wil be ok with that side of things. I am just not very knowledgable with subutex
I see my dr in 48 hours and was thinking of asking for some tramal and stopping the H... Just replace with tramal as needed
Any other ideas /suggestions?

I think your best option is to taper off the opiates without cyclically replacing one for another.
