Heroin scene in Spain or South America??

Can't seem to find any recent, more specific info on capital or surrounding cities within these areas about current usage or availability. Currently traveling around north peru, which seems to be an opiate desert. Great for coke and aya/San Pedro but that's not quite up my alley. Traveling to Europe in a couple months so any useful help for either locations would be much appreciated.

Ditto Seville, Columbia should have loads of the no 4 that is produced for the US East coast.

Yeah any of the major Spanish cities has a heroin problem just don't try in any holiday resorts but all the majors have a problem

be very careful trying to score H in a country where you don't speak the language, a friend of mine got lured into a favela and held at gunpoint when he tried in Brazil, he only left with his pants and socks. Best to try and get in contact with a local who knows the area and ask them for advice or to show you around (not source it directly of course)
