trying to get myself to rehab and i was clean for 7 months and i had a small slip up friday at 1 am ... my parents want me to go to rehab which i agreed and have a test at 300ng/ml on thursday at 9 and they need me to test clean before i can get in... anyways u guys think 144 hours is enough for that small dose to leave my system been drinking a lot of fluids and yesterday did 30 min cardio planning on doing that today and tomorrow as well... not sure if i have the option of rescheduling as there is ppl waiting to be admitted.. used half a 20 dollar bag of black tar and snorted it
 
so, you're not allowed to ask drug testing questions on BL. but I think you should be ok. Heroin leaves the system pretty quickly especially in such a small amount
