Harm Reduction Heroin/Coke new injection site

I am an experienced user and long time Iv'er. Recently my jugular and femoral veins are no longer accessible with 1/2-in needle so I'm asking the community for alternate injection sites. All of the popular injection sites have been gone for a while now.
