Hello people!
Basically, in the last year, I have got away from smoking both brown and cigs.
I bought a load of subs from the street, and used them in a taper down fashion and got away pretty much pain free from the brown, and swapped cigs for vaping.
I love vaping, and now on the occasion I have a cig I fucking hate the taste, but I notice I have gained weight recently - about one and a half stone in a few months.
The thing is, I have been a lot more active since I quit all the things I have. Is the weight gain just a price I have to pay for giving up the smoking of brown and cigs, or is there some way to combat this?
Before anyone says exercise - I have started going to the gym again since the quitting, so I am just wondering if this shit is inevitable and something I have to live with or something that needs special attention exercise wise!
Any help much appreciated!
Much love
