Heroin 3 smoked on foil : bad taste in mouth, nothing else?

Hello,

I got some brown powder that is said to be Heroin 3.

I tried to smoke it on foil.

The only thing I'm getting is a bad taste in mouth...

Is that normal? Or how to use it?

There is a Heroin megathread which should be useful. I've only tried it a couple of times myself. And that years ago.

The trick is not to burn the gear, put about 100mg down on the foil then heat underneath with a lighter. Keep the flame from directly touching the foil, your gear should turn into a dark brown/black puddle. Chase that puddle up and down the foil with a foil toot in your mouth inhaling the fumes as you go.

Take a break after every couple of lines, see how affected you are before carrying on to reduce the chance of OD'ing.

So. I put around 100mg which seems to me to be heavy.
I felt different than normal. More open to others and having different ideas. But that's all.
Note that I was taking 1000mg of Tramadol daily for the last month but I stopped a few days ago.
Maybe I got used to opioids??
