help with temps too hot

hi i have one 36x20x62 grow tent
and inside I have two led light panels and is a one mars hydro 300w f i bought from amazon and a vispra 300w got that one from amazon to
i have two 3 plants about a little more than 3 weeks old my temp are going steady at 86-87 and my humidity stays at 42-45 somtimes lower
i have two 4 inch inline fans with one carbon filter one blowing air in to the bottom of the tent and one sucking air out

Do you have your 4" intake at the bottom and the other at the top? Do you have negative pressure (are the sides of the tent being sucked in?)?
