Thanks for the replies I have stopped using ket as I was experiencing some horrible brain effects, I don't just mean in my thought processes I was experiencing intense pain in the back and front of my head, it was extremely scary and I was only consuming small bumps. I don't know what the cause of this could be.
I feel OK on 5mg of diaz however I did have night terrors last night, this may be due to the last of the k leaving my system and/or the drop off in diaz.
I'm going to give it the rest of the week on 5mg then reduce again, i didn't come clean about self medicating with mental health as I'm sick of people treating my using as a cause and not a sympton of my mental health issues.
What would be a good next step in the diaz reduction?
