Help mixing 2g of diclazepam powder... unique situation

I'm in Canada, going to use this for my taper. Here is my situation.

I have an allergy to propylene glycol (PG solution) and need to find another way to mix it. They don't have Everclear in Ontario.

About the best I can so is Spirtus Gdanski which is 76% alchohol.

Do you think this will be sufficient or should I mix in something else?

Barcadi 151 is suitable for disolving powdered benzo. Not sure how much exactly, but I've made 2 mg/ml alprazolam solution in the past with great success. A little heat helps things dissolve more easily.

Hasn't Barcardi 151 been discontinued?

Anyway, ethanol up to 98% is easily available online...
