HELP! Missed meth shot in my foot.

Shot meth in my foot and I missed!! I must have got some of it in because I did get high (not fully, but enough). I know that redness and pain around the injection site is normal, however now the whole top of my foot is red and swollen even my toes are swollen. In fact one of my toes all of a sudden has a blister on it (which I have never seen or heard of).... Can someone pls help me? Has anybody else experienced this and know what it means? Thanks in advance for your help!
 
INH87 circulation in the feet is much lower than that of upper extremities and medical intervention should be considered as lower limbs are not as resilient as upper limbs. Unfortunately we can't diagnose conditions like that over the internet and even if you say you were using steroids it's better than losing a foot. Please get some help!
