What was found....
A small plastic container, like one you get from a restaurant to put a sauce to-go in. Inside the container was a clear to cloudy liquid that had a very strong odor. (No other description on the odor, sorry.)
On top of the container was a packet. It was empty and didn’t have any residue on it but was folded like there was something in it before. (Not sure if it goes in the liquid.)

The person....
The person who has been using this reported using heroin, and was positive for heroin at a drug test. Not positive for anything else and was tested for alcohol, ecstasy, amphetamines, benzos, methadone, thc, cocaine, opioids, and pcp. Test is sent to a lab.

The effects....
The person will be acting normally for days, weeks, however long, but will eventually leave their house and come back looking high and start acting erratically. They will have angry, violent outbursts. Start punching them self in the face and attempting to hurt them self in other ways. They have started picking at the skin on their face and peeling off bits. They will go outside and start screaming at random people and cars going by. Sometimes they leave and come back muddy or with ripped up clothes saying they were attacked by coyotes. Their behavior has resulted in multiple arrests and hospitalizations.

There's no chance in the world to accurately identify this over the internet. If you still have this container then submit it to a laboratory for proper analysis.

Like was said above there’s no way to even guess what it is. Needs to be sent to a lab for testing if you have any of the remaining drug. Possibly an RC? Next time the person is in hospital I’d ask for more thorough testing.

My apologies but I'll need to close this as drug ID questions are beyond the scope of what we discuss here at bluelight.

This is for a very simple reason: it is impossible for any of us to accurately identify a drug based on a description (or even a photo). Any guess is simply a shot in the dark and could have dangerous outcomes if misidentified.

What you describe, in terms of the effect on the individual, can often be produced by dissociative drugs but also occur with benzodiazepines and stimulants.

The smell you describe sounds reminiscent of PCP analogs (many of which will not produce a positive PCP urinalysis or blood test result). It also matches with the behavior of the individual. But the mystery fluid could be anything. It might not even be a drug at all. Some or even all of the behavior could explained by mental illness. So again, its really a shot in the dark.

For a fee you can submit the sample to drugsdata.org and they can tell you precisely what it is.
