Help ASAP drug test !!

Have a drug test tomorrow w/ my PO did 4bags of heroin yesterday my options are to drink one of those detox drinks that don't always work for me (I've gotten inconclusive results before auto-fail) or use synthetic urine which I'm not if it comes up as inconclusive or how I can pull that off without getting caught ! Please anyone who can give me advice tips insight whatever ....
