There is a common wisdom (not scientifically based) in South America that sildenafil (Viagra) is heart protective when doing coke. The confusing variable is that many people there have sex + coke, and of course if you have that and are a man you need Viagra to keep up proper erections.
One (just "1") study reports possible benefits from Viagra to increase the oxygen supply to muscles. From a common sense point of view, if Viagra also dilates the heart blood vessels, it should minimize the risk of oxygen depletion.
I wonder if users on this forum have reported chest pains when doing coke + Viagra. Or conversely if they never (or hardly ever) reported chest pains when doing that combination.
Problem is, if Viagra is really protective when taken with coke, you cannot count on the powers-that-be to admit it or sponsor studies to confirm it. Viagra is a legal but slightly sinful drug. Coke is illegal and sinful. Viagra + coke is the devil incarnate. But we should watch out for reports that Viagra is good for heart conditions caused by oxygen depletion because that's the same as specific to coke, if I'm not mistaken.
All the same, if you have chest pains *while* doing coke, you can be sure they are related to the coke. You can't talk them away as psychosomatic or whatever.
