Health complications from meth?

I am an active IV heroin addict of 4 years . About a year ago I started shooting crystal meth as well. About once a month. The shots are about a .1 each and it depends on how much I get . About 2 months ago I split a gram with a friend. That next day I had the most unbearable pain in my kidney . Since then every time I do meth my kidney hurts the next day . What does this mean? I am currently tweeked right now and my kidney hurts . I don't get it I stayed really hydrated throughout the night ????

I used to snort crystal and same thing has happened to me. It is due to lack of hydration and TRY to eat something simple like a banana or something high in potassium. Just stay drinking water.
