I live in Maryland, I have been getting dope that burns, makes the skin numb, very very red, and sores are showing up. It looks like a chemical burn, I am covered in it. It takes weeks for the swelling and redness to go away, and if it does break the skin, and a sore comes up, it looks like burns. I went to a suboxone DR to try to get back on subs, and the drug test showed positive for oxy. It should be positive for morphine (as this is what heroin shows up as). I am freaking out thinking I am using something that is like that Krocodile stuff. I dont have green scales, it isnt so called eating my flesh, but I am truly scared. Nobody seems to know what the hell I got. This is not a joke. I have been using over 20 years and have never had anything like this.
If you can tell me where the best place to go with this, is there anyone in Maryland experiencing the same?
So, I would love to know if anyone has experienced the same thing? Or in Maryland/ Baltimore area and have had this same stuff?
I am thinking could this be a possible bad batch? What makes it a bad batch?
Does anyone know if it could be the cut, and what that cut could be?

I was using this same batch for roughly three weeks, I stopped using it about a week ago, and my skin is still the same, very very slow healing. hand and feet are still numb. I still have several marks on me that look like burns. Its super strange, the spots where I missed, It looks like huge abscesses that are super red and have a super bump. But there is nothing inside of the bumps. its hard knots. a couple that were scratched wont heal, and large area on my both feet, where I missed the skin is real read, and is flaky scaly and peels.

I know I am an addict, I have been fighting this over 20 years, looking for a new sub doctor to take my insurance. yes i know I should have stopped when I seen a problem, I'm not stupid, I am a serious addict, and we do dumb shit to feed the addiction. I went to hospital, and when I started to detox I left. I am an old hat, long time user, stubborn as shit, so please, I know the links, I know all about treatment, methadone, and been on and off suboxone 10 years. I am good with all that thank you.
I just really want to know what the hell I got, and if anyone has any idea. If there is a place that can test this stuff where can I bring it without problems??

We do not allow drug ID threads but as this may be a contaminated batch etc I have moved to other drugs to see if anyone else is having the same problems. Could you not send a sample for testing?

It goes without saying that you should stop injecting /using this stuff it is having such a negative effect on you as you don't have any idea what your using

Oxycodone and heroin look chemically very similar i doubt a normal drug test could tell one from the other with much accuracy

Have you had blood work? It might be useful to know if you have ny bizzare liver enzymes or vitamin and mineral abnormalities.

It could be an rc like the u4xxxx series.... Or just garbage with an anesthetic agent like the cain series in it. Who knows without a lab test. You should definitely toss it unless you want your doctor to treat it, which I doubt they can do so you'd likely have to pay for it to be done.

I don't think you're IV'ing Oxycodone at all, It pisses me off that people don't just sell fucking smack to users, and instead of cutting it just give you less. Fuck the world and scumbag dealers. I've been a dealer all my life it seems but I've never dealt smack cos I've never had a smack habit, I'm definitely an opiate addict due to chronic pain but I've always used pharmaceutical Oxycodone but I need too much now due to my tolerance so I use Methadone, yahoo. But I have never fucked with my clients, and I don't understand why dealers do except that some people are just bad people, and some bad people are dealers. May they die horrible painful deaths over many lives.

I hope you get away from that horrible shit you poor thing. We'd get along just fine I reckon but I'd be doing time for killing your dealer once I found his dealer until eventually I got caught by the filth (cops) or the cartel selling that shit. Take care M.Chick, take care.

Idk all i know is i get regular bloodwork to make sure my liver enzymes and stuff are in check. Also for vitamins and minerals and stuff. Like i was deficient in folic acid. So my doctor gave me a script for folic acid and then redid my blood work after a week or two. I dont know much about opiates but if you are having a weird skin reaction all over the body they can check for the general things.

The only thing is they did drug test me when they tested my blood but im pretty sure they dont care. Esp if they arent prescribing you narcotics.

While it won't tell what nasty cut is irritating you, a Mecke reagent can distinguish between Oxycodone and H/ Morphine. Like Bearlove said you can also send a sample in anonymously and have a GC/MS assay done to find out exactly whats in it.

Its been weeks, and i havnt used that stuff anymore, i am still suffering from chemical burns all over, i have about ten of them that ont go away, i wish i could show you a picture. They are not abscesses- as there is no yellow or green infection in them, they are blisters filling with water and blood, if the skin breaks, sometimes they get worse, and when they dry, it looks like burns and they take forever to heal. Well my second horror story- i got something from b more and got half way though a shot and immediately felt like i was tripping in a k hole. It scared the shit out of me, it lasted an hour and a half, my brother who sniffs , had the same experience, we both tried to talk ourselves down, but had my poor 75 year old mother stand there over an hour with the phone in her hand in case she needed to call an ambulance. It was a speedy rush, shakes, racing heart, but the both of us had the same feeling of being on a real bad acid trip or k hole. We have both done major amounts of stuff like that ( dmt, ectacy, blotter, kat) he is 35 and i am older than him, and we both agree it was like a trip i had never been on before, and didnt know if my mind was going to come back. super super scary, its been 4 hours, he has nausea, and i have been throwing up like i have been poisoned. I can definitely say there was no h in it at all as we are both still in detox, and trying to recover from what just happened. I am going to friend you, if you dont mind...thanks beth

We got some bmore stuff recently and it gave my hubby the strangest reaction.. he has never used acid but he described it as being stoned off his ass and he isn't a smoker, has always hated the effects of it. I did the same stuff and it made me "well" but I kept having to redose like crazy.. it was waking me up every few hours in full blown withdrawal so i would have to dose in order to even get any kind of sleep. Anyways it was crazy shit he felt like that every time he did a bump and I would wake up in withdrawals every few hours the entire week or so we were stuck getting that shit until dude got different shit, which was much better.
Hubby and I are actually celebrating right now, today makes 8 days no opiates for us!! We have struggled super hard for about the last year to put the dope down once again in life and were unsuccessful until this last try at it and we were able to make it through this far. We both are feeling really good and I really think we have hit a changing point this time so we are thanking God for another chance and praying we both keep going strong. Admittedly I'm the one who fails first 99% of the time and I am doing great this time as far as cravings and how I physically feel so only time will tell huh.. good luck to all of you!

Can you see a dermatologist about this? It really sounds like something a doctor should be helping you with. You don't even need to mention the drug use its associated with right off the bat.

Schedule an appointment, see a specialist if possible and try whatever treatment they suggest. If it become necessary you can always disclose the connect with drug use, so it's best not to lie about it either. I'm just saying you don't need to disclose it until you're comfortable doing so or it is necessary to figure out an appropriate treatment (which probably isn't super likely - most doctors do not understand the various possible side effects of various substances, and you're dealing with a more obscure side effect at that).

I have used questionable dope before that caused my skin to get super dry and peal on my face, as if I'd been sunburned or left it exposed to freezing winds for too long. But that doesn't sound nearly as serious as what you're describing and resolved in about a week or two.

Perhaps you can find a safer source for opioids, whether kratom/PST/PPT, tramadol or a period of buprenorphine or methadone. Or take some time away from them, sticking with other stuff you're comfortable with. Regardless, it sounds like you have been having a lot of horrible experiences with your normal dope channels recently.

UPDATE - it is all over the news in my area of the BAD BATCH- Hagarstown, Frederick, and PA, I am sure the surrounding area as well. There is a large spike in overdoses, on monday alone over 20 calls for emt in Hagarstown alone. There are 2 nasty suspect drugs on the list here, Heroin laced with spice, and Heroin laced with carfentinal (elephant tranquilizers) I googled spike in overdoses in particular area, and found alot of news on this.

i guess, maybe? cause they're just powder that's sprayed onto inert leaves like marshmallow leaf - and there must be some bioavaliabilty intra-nasally, especially for powders - even if its only 2% or something and some of those synth-cannabinoids are potent af

The way that we felt after we did the dope- It felt like I was tripping times 5 - I could also compare it to like being in a k hole. no joke. There was no opiate in it at all, as a matter of fact, I was still dope sick, but now I was tripping while dope sick. The possibility of injecting something like spice makes more sense to me than the carfentinal. As we know spice is just a nasty man made chemical that is sprayed on dried organic material. I am not sure, but I would love to know. My brother and I have almost been obsessed in trying to find out what the hell we were given, as neither one of us have ever experienced anything like it. So intense. Oddly, If someone had sold me the drug as what it should be, and said, well your going to trip your balls off for 2 hours= I possibly would had enjoyed it. But being I was sick, not in the right frame of mind, and you get hit with the unknown, and fear of death- It put us both over the edge. MY poor brother stripped his clothes off, was in the shower rocking for an hour biting his arm, and saying stuff he shouldnt be saying. I knew real quick what was happening, but my brother, he was never really into the psychedelics like I was. While I was tripping I remember having a moment of clarity - looking around the room at the junkies, my mom, (a 75 yr old junkie) the kids, and realizing how fucked up my family dynamics were, and how god awful it would be for the paramedics and coppers to show up on the scene, and see the circus we were living in. I have been told by a few other people in my town that they have had that same feeling of being stoned, and they say the same as you are. They have been getting it out of b-more around edmunds, and downtown area, also of the parkway, it is brown and has small rocks that are black, or black speckles. the batch just before had pink speckles. please be aware of what you get into, I am very happy you have 8 days clean, and I hope that you guys can do it, it is so hard- I tip my glass to you as your my hero right now.
