I have very heavy HPPD like visuals all the time. Snow. Patterns. Breathing walls you name it. I don’t mind it.
They say BZD’s reduce visuals from other drugs but not in my experience. Sorry. I am not sure if much can be done.
I read something about it being caused by COMT enzyme deficiency. Or inhibition. Something.
Don’t take other drugs like more psychedelics, marijuana, or stimulants. They will make the visuals more intense. Especially most psychedelics, marijJana, and methamphetamine.
I thoroughly believe amphetamine/NE like compounds cause it. I seem to have gotten it quite a bit from 2c-I
