Hey BL fam just wondering if after you smoke ice for a bit if your toes get chemical burns? Red swollen peeling skin and painful? This happens depending on the quality of ice that I’m smoking. They heal up after a few days to a week of not smoking.

OMG bro hell yes-i totally forgot about that misery! it happened to me hella times back in my smoking days (late 90s)--AND i lived in phx, AZ so our feet would melt!!! we were constantly on the move back in those days 24 hrs a day back before we set rules for ourselves to follow which included staying indoors from 11pm til at least 5am (the prime time BUST hours lol) to help avoid handcuffs... but yeah-the feet-- Many many times i had to find a couch to chill for a while and take the shoes and socks off and let my poor feet breathe... i was doing runs up to 7 and 8 days straight with no sleep back then hustlin, doing shady shit-hella stupid:rolleyes:- and those long periods of no sleep made my skin breakdown even worse... god i was dumb back then... i quit smoking 23 yrs ago (started slamming:cautious::rolleyes:) and i tell you what, i've never had the extreme hot red sore ass feet since.. i wonder what it is about the smoking route that causes that.... anyway thanks for the trip down memory lane man... have a good night

I imagine it’s a side-effect of vasoconstriction - there is not enough blood getting to the very ends of your arteries and into the capillaries where oxygen, nutrients, no waste are exchanged with the cells. If you smoke almost every day you might develop a chronic condition called Peripheral Venous Insufficiency. It causes several problems, but one is that your feet and lower legs get much more easily infected. If you smoke less regularly you could still get acute systems such as cold feet, discolouration.

Your feet are healing after a few days of not smoking, most likely because the vasoconstriction has stopped and blood it getting all the way through to do all the good stuff it does. That suggests your vein problem has not yet become chronic, but over time it still could. If you get swollen feet, ankles, or calf as well, either when you smoke or after, then it is almost certainly a vein-type problem.

Interesting one effective treatment for all this is a moderate daily dose of Cialis (other erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra are not effective in the same way). If you can get hold of Cialis, try taking one all the days that you smoke. Not only will you have no problems with stim-dick, but likely you won’t get these feet symptoms either.
