had a weird experience?

a buddy of mine is dependent on adderall. He takes 2x 30mg XR everyday. I know that isn't too much but whenever he takes it he gets clammy and pale. then he passed out and i took his pulse, It was around 63bpm. so i woke him up made him get blood flowing and eat. are these symptoms of adderall or is this something else entirely.

If you have some sort of tolerance....might be a little high of a dose but if he has taken that dose for awhile I don't think thats the culprit

Def def need to head to the er or his doc ASAP randomly passing out isn't normal
