Opioids Gum swelling and toothache tapering off codeine pills

Hi, my dentist can't find anything wrong with my teeth but they feel like they wanna jump out of my mouth. My gums feel extra sensitive too. Anybody else experienced this? I'm about a week in and down to about 3/4 of what I was on before. Dental pain is a huge trigger for me, it's one of the reasons I ended up addicted. Any ideas? Cheers in advance.
