Not really, mein kampf ...if this was completely true surely the game would have stalled everytime anyone passed up their chance. It hasnt, in fact it has often been stalled simply by people not responding to a clue/pic, so, case and point.
I passed in an effort not to stall this; as otherwise I would have had to say: ''will post a pic later when I have time'' and in this case, would have ended up stalling the game- ya dig?!
