guaifenesin for nasal congestion

does it help? or only for chest congestion? i don?t wanna take pseudo because it gives me shitty sleep.

I'm late to the party but guaifenesin is good for thinning the mucous which may help a little but not a good as a decongestant in my experience. I'm the same way with pseudoephedrine with it keeping me awake and they dry me up bad. You can buy the other little red pills, I think their prefix is phenyl or something like that.
