Opioids Grapefruit Juice

I enjoy consuming grapefruit juice( as does my wife). I also take 5-10 mg of oxycodone at a time.
What should I be careful about these 2? Any guidance or links would be appreciated.
 
Grapefruit juice is known to potentiate the effects of Oxycodone but I don't think that this combination will be a problem with 5- 10 mgs of Oxycodone which is a pretty low dose.
