before u read my text -sorry for my english im still learnin

i read this forum more than two years, when i have my first withdrawls this forum give me strengh to stay clean for few weeks
and finally i decided to make account and tell my story:

(i weight 60 kg im skinny boy)
i was 18 years old and try codeine first time
few month later i decided to take it "one more time"
and then i start sippin on codeine every day
first weeks 100mg of codeine give me amazing high
then i start takin 200mg then 300mg...

3 months later i had first withdrawal symptoms from codeine
i was clear for one month,
then boom few triggers + narcissistic personality so i decided to take some stronger opioid

i have access for dihydrocodeine
so guess what?
-yea you right i start takin DHC


first time with DHC:
i took 60 mg pill omg you can laugh but i was high 12 hours (after first time with this shit i knew this is my drug of choice)

i take dose of them pills everymorning 1-3hours after woke up
so my tolerance went higher and higher after next 6 months my tolerance was 400-500mg of DHC everymorning(crushd pills)



i start think again about my life, about my family and decided to stop - goin cold turkey


48 hours later - terrible like someone throw knife straight in my stomach,
diarrhoea i think about hospital coz i run to toilet every 30 mins (i dont even say about cold sweats depression and other shit)
i cry and i cant drink,cant eat,cant sleep so i live this horror 14 days(all this time i have alot of dihydrocodeines in my house but i just knew those pills are reason of this situation or wait maybe im the reason?)
i was clean for 3 weeks+

then guess what ?

RELAPSE

my tolerance went low so i think:
YEY! i win with my addiction i control those pills LOL
in some mysterious way(lol) i found XANAX 2mgs in my pocket i read few topics about how to take benzo and control opioid addiction


i took 2x dhc 60mg pill and 1/4 xanax 2mg pill i was like: "OMG I FEEL LIKE GOD AGAIN !"

after few days i start takin those pills every morning again

this time my tolerance went to 600mg dihydrocodeine and 4mg of xanax everymorning


i woke up 3 months later make my ritual
AND I SEEN LAST 2MG OF XANAX i was little bit scared
i took 600mg CRUSHD DHC + 2MG XANAX and this shit dont make me high like yesterday
few hours later i smoke some pot so i forgot about my empty xanax box
in next morning i wake up as always
and crush 700 mg of dhc without xanax and took it i feel terrible dhc without xanax dont make me high

48 hours later withdrawal start again(COLD TURKEY)
this time XANAX + DHC
omg people dont mix those M&M'S i read few heroin withdrawal topics and my withdrawls was similar or worst

stomach pain every time i run to toilet i think about hospital
my firends support me and this help me alot but
i cant sleep more than week u can belive or not
after one week i look like vampire this was my worst experience in my life

i was clear 2 months
i have work at home i dont have to leave my house i can lay 24/7 in my bed and do nothing
this time i promise to myself I DONT EAT XANAX EVER AGAIN

after this 2 months of being sober i forgot about my pain, depression and other bad things that happend
i decide leave my house and finally hit barber shop (coz i lookd like justin bieber)

SO IM GOIN OUTSIDE
AFTER 2 MONTHS OF SOBERITY I WAS LIKE:
MAYBE I CAN TAKE SOME DHC AND HAVE FUN IN BARBER SHOP (i dont even comment this shit)

i took 2 pills dhc (60mg) + 1 pill prometazine (20mg)
again im feelin "godlike"

4 monts later:
im writing this post

( in last 4 months i eated:
480 pills of dhc (60mg)
150 pills of promethazine (20mg)
60 pills of Concentra 20 mg
10 pills of xanax 2mg (on concentra comedowns)

im on DHC 300 MG tolerance
today i take 3 pills od DHC (60mg) im feelin ok not high but its ok

AND
NOW MY FINAL QESTION:

today i recive my pills i open the box and check them its all good as always, i got:

130 pills of DHC (60 MG)
50 pills of Xanax (2 MG)
30 pills of Concentra (european version instant relase 20 MG)


i dont like xanax anymore takin those pills only when im too high on concentra
but again i takin dhc everyday how i can cut all those pills and control my addiction
i want to come down from DHC everymorning dose
i wanna get high for celebration 2 times in week

TELL ME HOW i can cut my dose of dhc and give me some advices
