Hi welcome to Bluelight! with this I can at least tell you that I was hooked on GBL,GHB for a year back in 2017 I think.
I cold turkey it and If I had the meds like pregabalin and baclofen, pregabs I got a year after stopping while baclofen I found online but it is indeed strange med.
So at the time Phenibut was my savior grace as it is similar to GHB but longer lasting i effects, but it bare it own dependance issues.
At the time they just gave me venlafaxine and benzos a lot of them which then made me in anhedonic plant.
I was about to have a baby and I didn't feel anything.-that was couple months till I said enough and ordered Phenibut.
I guess it comes to how much of it you have I strongly suggest to taper if you can! It's still lighter in withdrawals then pregabalin and benzos.
I strongly suggest, If you can ask for help of a doctor or a specialist and explain about GHB so you can taper and then get off with meds and their help and supervision?
Potassium deficiency is common on GHB, and metabolic acidosis on GBL.
Nootropics that may help: Phenibut, Kava, modafinil-maybe for meth, beta alanine, magnesium glycinate, OTC-maybe DXM or other disosiatives, Gotu Kola, L-theanine
Those come to mind of things I tried and helped.
