I've been making GHB via the GABA route and was wondering about a few things. First, I am questioning the purity of my product. I have my post rxn mixture set up for simple distillation and I distill over water and GBL in an azeotrope. It come over at 105C. Just wondering if anything comes over with the water-GBL azeotrope. Second, I want to know the ratio of GBL to water in the azeotrope and I have not found any information on this anywhere. Thanks for any feedback.
