I boiled some water and let it sit for a few minutes and then I mixed GHB in. I want to know whether this will have destroyed the GHB or whether it is ok at this temperature?

I see a lot of reports online of people boiling their GHB solution to evaporate the water and just get the GHB and so I assume that GHB is stable in liquids of temperature > 100 degrees celcius, but I'm not sure.

I guess GHB is as stable as ethanol in regards to oxidation, which is to say that it's perfectly fine in boiling water, like sekio said. Except it has very low vapor pressure, so it won't evaporate.
