I came up with an idea that if one does not eat anything during the day he takes a sleeping dose (heavy dose) of GHB, then if the vomiting reflex comes while unconscious there is nothing to choke on, and very little to aspirate.

But there are sources indicating that taking a dose of sodium oxybate (the sodium salt of GHB) while fasting is significantly more dangerous/potent than while not fasting:

Apnoea and respiratory depression have been observed in a fasting healthy subject after a single intake of 4.5g (twice the recommended starting dose).

Ingestion of sodium oxybate after consuming a high-fat meal provided a maximum concentration (*1) of less than 50% of what is observed in a fasting state.
*1 - plasma concentration

Anyone got any experience or knowledge with GHB while fasting?

id say thats really bad idea... GHB causes huge munchies too so u would propably sleepwalk and eat everything....
