I have been colonizing some shrooms (first time) and have placed them in the fruiting chamber approx 4 days ago. I am wondering what some of you seasoned cultivators can give me as far as insight as to the status of these cakes.
I am wondering by the looks of the mycelium did i pull them from the substrate to early? How are they looking to the trained eye? also there is a SMALL greenish spot on one of the cakes that has me concerned. Would like your opinion on this. I have been keeping the humidity at 85-93% and the temp approx 70 degrees with slight variations. There are no foul odors coming from the cakes. Pictures Below Attached ,
Thank you for your expertise!
Cake in question has red circle on area.
