Technical Problem Forcing HTTPS (SSL) throughout the site?

I use HTTPS-Anywhere but even with a self-signed certificate I feel safer than using BL with ZERO https/ssl support. Was this removed? https://bluelight.org https://bluelight.nu don't work

I use HTTPS Everywhere in Firefox in Linux and on Waterfox when in win7 x64, Waterfox is the authorized 64 bit Firefox for windows. Works.

Do the pages take a lot longer to load? I suppose it varies depending on the site..

Also, BL was at one time HTTPS?

pages don't load for me with https being forced. I do have https-anywhere..

Bluelight doesn't have a signed HTTPS certificate and hence doesn't have a HTTPS site availiable.

The admins/engineers are well aware of this and getting the site on SSL is definitely 'in the pipeline'.
