flash of green ???

So I just got my new testers today an when I went to test some molly I had lying around the Marquis had a flash of green then almost instant black. The other reagents were normal. So tested it 3 more time with the Marquis .

Marquis #1 = Bubbling then a flash of green at 1sec the black at 2sec

Marquis #2= bubbling 1sec black

Marquis #3= bubbling 1sec purple then at 2sec black

Marquis #4 = bubbling 1sec black

So What could that first flash of green been? I was thinking cut maybe or it could of been Some other drug that stuck to the side of the bag from the person I got it from?

Green marquis usually means 2CB but the inconsistent results are worrisome to me somebody may have just combined a bunch of random shit together

Im thinking it was a reused baggie with some left over drugs stuck to the sides of the bag .... I'm hoping.but it could b cut
