First Time Taking Morphine. Adderall + Morphine + Cannabis, one of the best highs

Yesterday swim traded some of his adderall that he recently was prescribed to after being diagnosed with ADD. He received 2 60mg abg morphine pills and 1 15mg one. Having taken a few doses of 10 mg of adderall throughout the day, at around 11:00 pm he took another dose of 10 mg of adderall. After a little more than an hour goes by he decides to take the 15 mg abg pill he had just acquired in hopes of getting his first morphine high off of it (although he had a slight to mild opiate tolerance). Another 45 mins without feeling it and, after doing much extensive research on whether it was possible and effective to insulflate the pill, swim split the pill in half, removed the coating and snorted both halves. It took around 30 mins to hit him, and was by far swim's favourate opiate (Not sure whether swims empty belly added to the high). Swim was with two friends when it hit him, and After two spliffs he was feeling much more high. But the thing that intensified the morphine and adderall feeling the most was when he took a very large (looking back on it probably too large) mook bowl out of his friends bong and completely snapped it. Swim was on a completely different level, past just opiates and most certainly past cannabis and adderal. Swim has just woken up from staying up until 5:30 am experiencing this crazy and new high. He still feels quite high to be honest and was wondering if it was possible that the combination of adderal and canabis with morphine made it last longer than usual, and if so how much longer could he expect to feel this way? Swim was also wondering what would happen if he redosed on about 10 mg of adderal, and if it would possibly increase the high feeling? Did the fact that swim hadn't had much that day add to the high or affect it? And lastly, if swim wanted to snort his second morphine pill tonight would he retain a similar or comparable high?
