First time taking a lot of cocaine on Lexapro

So last night my friend came over and from around 8 pm we started drinking, then from 11 pm to late morning or so doing cocaine. I am on 10mg lexapro for the first time. After sleeping I woke up and was very sick gagging multiple times etc and dry heaving (nothing to throw up). I suspect this was due to the alcohol as I am an easy puker when I drink too much, on lexapro it’s much worse.
i slept more, ate, etc. but now worried I could have serotonin syndrome from the combination... it takes a while to show up right? Should I be very worried?

Serotonin syndrome is something that should always be in the back of your mind, yes, but given the description of what you're taking currently, I would consider it to be very unlikely.

I think you're probably just experiencing a bad hangover. Serotonin syndrome will likely present with a feeling that something very severe is not right with your physical health and thought process. This doesn't sound like it to me.

Thanks. When I said “lexapro for the first time” btw, I meant I have been on it for a month.
