first time shooter, questions about buying needles at pharmacies in ny

please do not like your needle or lick the blood at the injection site.

your mouth is a breeding ground of bacteria, and all of that shit goes right on your syringe when you lick it. there is no benefit and the risks are enormous. most rigs are lubricated to begin with, and you probably lick a lot of this off when you do this, not to mention all the bacteria that you introduce directly into your bloodstream.

licking it will not make it sting less. you should always use alcohol swabs and they will not make it hurt more or less.
 
well, i agree! Don't lick needles.

but i have to say, i feel a pinch more when the site is still wet with alc, so yes, you feel a tad more. If that bothers you though, i call you a big PUSSY :p
