Definitely wouldn’t mess with the 50-90mg doses since I think most people will have a good time but be underwhelmed.
Depending on how big you are I’d say 100mg for a low dose, 120mg for a moderate dose, 140mg for a heavier first time dose which is about what I did and had a good time but wasn’t too much.
Clinical studies are being done with 120mg so if it were me I’d go with that and no redoses for a first roll.
Eat a good, whole food meal with lean protein, fruits/veggies early in the day and have an empty stomach for the roll. Lots of vitamin C post roll has always helped me and I’ve got a post somewhere on here about a full antioxidant protocol I’ve refined over a few years.
