fighting depression

i am diagnosed with a spectrum of mental disorders, some affect my life in the worst of ways. conventional antidepressants have adverse effects on me. i want to find what else is out there, recently i have been low dosing dxm. i want to interact and get more engaged with new people.

The thing about using drugs for social situations is that usually u become dependent on them when u have to do anything social..I've been using drugs for a long time and every drug has had negative effects begin after using it for a bunch or a long period of time...gabapentin was the best I've come across for being carefree and talkative because I was pretty shy and would sometimes stutter I was so nervous if I had to talk to a large group
