It's garbage, fentanyl is garbage, but it's so cheap and easy to smuggle that it's everywhere. Assume fent is in everything and always do a very very small test dose on every new batch

From what I hear, the so-called "Nitazenes" are becoming more prevalent in North America. Some examples would be Isotonitazene (60x Morphine) or Etonitazene (120x Morphine) and of course, new and different chemicals are coming and going all the time.
