Opioids Fentaynl patchs question

I have on 2 patchs they are 12mcg each. I let the hot shower run over them for a bit. Will that help to increase them?

Yes but a heating pad works better. Of course this is a dangerous game if you don't have a tolerance. Better approach would be to dissolve the patches in water or vodka (small amount) then calculate the mg/ml (or perhaps mcg/ml, same thing) and dose according to your tolerance. The amount of fentanyl in even the weakest patch could kill a non tolerant person.
