Opioids Fentanyl. What's the deal?

Has anyone ever seen fentanyl that seems really good at first , but 5 minutes after injecting, feels fake?

Yeah fent is a shitty drug. It’s hella dangerous. And the high is trash. Nothing like heroin. And I haven’t seen just heroin in years because of it. Nothing like the heroin high, but I’m actually glad it’s not around in my area anymore. That drug was like heaven to me.
