Opioids Fentanyl IM first time

Hi, sorry for my English first, I speak Spanish
I got fentanyl from a hospital, gift from a nurse, 0.5 mg in 10 ml
i don't like the idea of an intravenous injection, so I plan on injecting it intramuscularly

I think the idea of starting with about 0.3 mg intramuscular is a good idea, all in a controlled environment,
any advice you can give me? Regarding the dose, if there is another way to consume it other than IM, tolerance, etc?

I am a man, 20 years old, 80 kg

I would dry it and then snort, or mix it with some inert powder (like mannitol etc) before. Happen not to like needles, but that's just me.
Fent builds tolerance probably very quick because of its potency but if you only do one vial you'll be find, just really watch the dosage. Never did real fent, only the butyr analogue which is a bit less potent. So I can't comment to the dose.
